This is an intro class for those who have not ventured into the cheesemaking world and want to learn all the basics. The Soft Cheese class covers: cultures, rennets, equipment, and resources. This is an interactive class with a 30-minute mozzarella demo along with how to get started making your own soft cheeses at home.
This is a more advanced class – building from the Soft Cheese Class – that goes in depth on how to slice and cook curd, using molds and presses, equipment, aging, and much more!
